Track Your Order

Steps to Track Your Order:
1. Log in to Your Account:

2. Go to ‘My Orders’:

– Navigate to the My Account section and click on My Orders.

3. Select the Order:

– Identify the order you want to track from the list.

4. Click on ‘Track Order’:

– View the real-time status of your order, including:

     – Processing Stage
     – Shipped Date
     – Estimated Delivery Date
     – Delivery Partner Details and Tracking ID (if shipped)
Alternatively:

Enter your (Order ID) and Email on the [Track Order Page]

(https://www.dshoppie.com/track-order) without logging in.

Common Status Updates:

– Order Placed: Your order has been successfully received.

– Processing: Your item is being prepared for shipment.

– Shipped: Your package is on its way; tracking details are provided.

– Delivered: Your order has been successfully delivered.

Cancel Your Order

Need to cancel your order? You can do so quickly and easily, provided the cancellation window hasn’t closed.

Steps to Cancel Your Order:
1. Log in to Your Account:

– Use your credentials to sign in at (Dshoppie.com)

2. Navigate to ‘My Orders’:

– Access the My Account section and open My Orders.

3. Choose the Order:

– Select the order you wish to cancel.

4. Click on ‘Cancel Order’:

– Follow the on-screen prompts to confirm cancellation.

– If the cancellation option is unavailable, the order may already be processed or shipped.

5. Receive Confirmation:

– A confirmation email or SMS will be sent once your cancellation request is approved.

– Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 5–7 business days.

Important Notes:

– Orders Eligible for Cancellation: Orders that have not been shipped.

– Non-Cancellable Orders: Items already shipped or delivered.
